If you are placing an advertisement in one of our publications,
or on a Web site we are building for a local authority, please ensure
that you supply it in one of the following formats and to the size
specified in your contract. Please note that we reserve the right
to refuse artwork of inadequate quality, or to charge for the conversion
of digital artwork supplied in an incompatible format or at the
wrong size.
All digital artwork must be supplied with a high-quality inkjet,
laser, Digiproof or Cromalin proof for colour quality control. We
cannot take responsibility for inaccuracies in colour reproduction
without this reference.
Black and white or spot colour for print only
- Camera-ready artwork with colour specification overlay
- Digital artwork supplied as TIFF, BMP, PSD (no layers) or EPS
(single file) at 200-300dpi final size
- Final films, positive, right-reading, 150 lines per inch

(or higher resolution: we can resize). Please note that Flash
and other multimedia file types will potentially necessitate plug-in
downloads. We reserve the right to refuse files that exceed 30K
at final online size.
