Welcome to this latest version of the joint guide to the two Parishes of Crowthorne and Wokingham Without. A considerable effort has been put into its preparation and production which we hope will prove worthwhile. It is provided free to reach as many people in the two parishes as possible and we hope whether you are newcomers to the area or residents for many years that you will find it of use for getting about with the excellent indexed map and as guide to all the facilities and services described. We publish this guide every four years so you will all appreciate an up to date guide incorporating all the change that has taken place in this period.

We of the two Parish Councils have been elected by you to maintain and improve the benefits for all who live in this lovely corner of Berkshire. We are at your service but do need your input and comment and particularly help for the valiant and many unpaid volunteers of charitable organisations who add so much value to the community and mainly go unnoticed. If you can give any help at all to the voluntary organisations listed herein they will all be grateful.
