The Boathouse is a prestigious centre for local, national and
international businesses in the heart of Wisbech overlooking the
128 berth yacht harbour. It is easily accessible and has good parking.
It is a dramatic and impressive landmark building that has been
designed to cater for modern business demands, whilst creating the
perfect meeting point for clients and staff, opening onto a landscaped
plaza square, which is spacious and beautiful. 
Overlooking the marina, it accommodates the Harbour Master and his
staff, and is the home of the Yacht Club. It also houses 39 office
suites that are available to let, and training suites and conference
facilities, with catering arranged as required. To maintain its
heritage links the suites and rooms at the Boathouse have been named
after the ships of Richard Young, Mayor of Wisbech from 1858 to
1862.

The Rosmini Centre, in Queens Road, Wisbech, was set up as a charity
by the local community. The centre offers practical guidance and
support to local residents and regularly holds a variety of activities
and events for all ages. It has a large hall for hire, a community
café and a number of offices that host other local charities.
The IT suite provides internet access and is available for hire,
a therapy room provides local health & beauty services and the
Education Centre provides Language support and family learning.
The Centre is open to the whole community and volunteers at the
