Thame
is 14 miles east of Oxford, 10 miles south west of Aylesbury and
47 miles from London. Thame is easily accessible from the M40 at
Junction 6, 7 and 8a heading west, and 8a and 6 heading east.
If heading from the M1 then follow the A43 to M40 Junction 8a. The
A418 links Thame to Oxford to the west and Aylesbury to the east.
There are also links from Thame to Princes Risborough A4129, Chinnor
B4445 and Bicester B4011.

A regular service between Oxford and Aylesbury (via Thame) is operated
by ‘Arriva’ Bus Company,

From Oxford, the Oxford Express and Oxford Tube provide a frequent

From Oxford there are also express services to Heathrow and Gatwick
Airports.
Rail
Haddenham and Thame Parkway Station, two miles from Thame, is on
the Birmingham to London Chiltern Line, where the Arriva 280 Bus
