Thame Players

Thame Players have been presenting the best in amateur drama in Thame since the 1940s. In 2002 their theatre in Nelson Street underwent a major refurbishment and now represents an ideal venue not only for the Players’ own productions but also for visiting groups, amateur and professional, and occasional celebrity performers such as Nicholas Parsons and Denis Norden. Theatre Collage

The Players themselves present 5 main productions each year in March, May, July, September and December. Membership is open to all and there are lots of backstage opportunities as well as performing on stage. Details of what’s on and membership can be found on their website at www.thameplayers.co.uk
