Thame Arts and Literature Festival (TAL)

TAL has quickly established itself as an important part of Thame’s cultural calendar. Authors, artists and musicians gather for a long weekend in mid-October to celebrate the arts in all their forms in various venues in the town. Authors have included Joanna Trollope, Alison Weir, Douglas Hurd, Colin Dexter, the actress Phyllida Law and childrens’ authors Korky Paul and Steve Cole. Schools and local art and theatre groups participate to make this an event for the whole community - whatever their age! Keep informed with festival website and mailing list via www.talfestival.org
