Industry There are several business parks in Swaffham comprising of the EcoTech Business Innovation Park, EcoTech Business Park, Tower Meadows and Station Yard. Businesses occupying these include Mansells, Dalgety Seaman, Bernard Matthews, KSG, STG Aerospace, Laserfast, EcoTech and IRS.

Other businesses in Swaffham include SAS Vehicle Hire, Castle Windows and Conservatories, S W Plastics and Swaffham Motorcycles.

Breckland Council owns a number of industrial units to let off Castleacre Road and all enquiries should be made to Breckland District Council, Elizabeth House, Walpole Loke, Dereham. Tel. 01362 695333.

Retail Swaffham has good shopping facilities with familiar national stores as well as smaller, specialist shops. These include Gifts and Cards, Butchers, Electrical, Chemists, Bakery, Healthfoods, Boutiques, Carpet & Bedding, Shoes, Jewellery, Computer, Car Sales, Motor Cycles and Charity Shops. There is also a good selection of Hairdressers, Beauty Salons, Chiropody, Estate Agents and Dry Cleaners.

In addition to the Local Food shops, Swaffham also has shopping facilities which caters for Portuguese and Lithuanian Foods.

The Market held every Saturday compliments the shopping facilities. Free parking is available in and around the town centre.
