The Town Council Offices are open every week day from 9.00am –
5.00pm (4.30pm on Fridays). The Town Council can be contacted within
these times with any queries.
The Town Council serves a population of approximately 18,000 people
in three wards. North, South and Central Wards are made up of 15
elected members (Councillors) and are backed by a staff of over
30.
Town Council Meetings
Town Council meetings are held on the first and third Wednesdays
of the month in the Council Chamber, Milton Road South, Stowmarket
at 7.00pm. Members of the public and press are welcome to attend.
