Citizens Advice Bureau

Mid Suffolk Citizens Advice Bureau’s aim is to provide the advice people need for the problems they face and to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives in Mid Suffolk. We provide free, independent, confidential and impartial information on people’s rights and responsibilities. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.

Our Advisers listen to client’s problems, discuss the issues involved and then offer options as to what the next steps could be. We enable people to manage their problems themselves. Where necessary we complete forms and write letters on behalf of our clients.
