Mid Suffolk Citizens Advice Bureau’s aim is to provide the
advice people need for the problems they face and to improve the
policies and practices that affect people’s lives in Mid Suffolk.
We provide free, independent, confidential and impartial information
on people’s rights and responsibilities. We value diversity,
promote equality and challenge discrimination.
Our Advisers listen to client’s problems, discuss the issues
involved and then offer options as to what the next steps could
be. We enable people to manage their problems themselves. Where
necessary we complete forms and write letters on behalf of our clients.

We provide advice on a range of issues including: Welfare Benefits,
Employment, Consumer, Housing, Relationships, Immigration and Debt.
We have specialists in Employment, Debt and Welfare Benefits.
Mid Suffolk Citizens Advice Bureau has been providing advice and
support to people living and working in Mid Suffolk for over 30
years. We currently have over 55 volunteers helping over 3000 clients
