As you would expect in a traditional market town, Petersfield
accommodates major High Street Banks. The four major banks have
branches in the centre of the town together with two building societies,
all of them within the shopping centre of Chapel Street, High Street
and Ramswalk. The Town also enjoys the services of Lawyers, Architects,
Accountants, Surveyors and Estate Agents.
Weekly Newspapers
The Town’s sense of community is enhanced by the presence
of two weekly local newspapers, the Petersfield Post and the Petersfield
Herald. There are also three ‘free-sheets’ which include
the Town in their coverage. Radio Delta broadcasts local news on
101.8 Mhz.
