Paddock
Wood Primary School is set in beautiful, extensive grounds. The
school caters for children aged from 4 to 11 years. There are currently
approximately 600 pupils on the roll and 3 classes in each year.
We have superb facilities which include; interactive white boards
in every classroom, two computer suites, a library, two large halls,
a purpose built block for the reception children, a large music
and drama studio and a Community Learning Centre for adult learning
, parent support and community activities. Our Governors continue
to work towards the provision of a swimming pool and free swimming
lessons for our children.
All staff work hard to deliver a rich, exciting and enjoyable curriculum
determined to meet the needs of all pupils so they can achieve their
potential. There are a wide range of extra curricular activities
and we have been awarded the Active Sports and Study Support Quality
Marks in recognition of the excellent extra curricular and sports
activities on offer. We encourage our pupils to adopt healthy lifestyles
and have been given the Healthy Schools Award in recognition.

Paddock Wood Primary is a Community School, one of our objectives
is to develop even closer links with our parents and the locality.
A programme of courses is made available to our parents so that
they can help their children at home.
Ofsted judged our school to be outstanding with respect to the behaviour
of our pupils and their enjoyment of learning.
Our school motto is ‘Pride in Achievement’.
