St Andrews Anglican and Methodist Church

St Andrews ChurchOur church family consists of people from all walks of life and all ages. We hope to follow Jesus together, support each other and reach out to the community of Paddock Wood and beyond. We are an Anglican and Methodist united church but we welcome anyone who wants to join us, come and talk to someone, receive prayer, find out more about the Christian faith, meet some local people or perhaps just find a quiet place of peace.

Sunday Services: 8.00 am, 10.00 am and 6.00 pm. Our services offer a variety of different styles of worship, music, teaching and prayer. We run children and young peoples’ groups during most of our 10 am services. From April 2008 “Messy Church”, a service for families at 5 pm.

More than just Sundays. Home Groups, Prayer Groups, Alpha (a “just looking” course for those wanting to find out more about the Christian faith), Choir and music group, Mothers Union, Open House on Fridays (coffee and chat), Little Pickles group for babies and toddlers, Toddler Service, Youth groups: Pathfinders for 11 – 14 and Genesis for 15 -18, Uniformed organisations (Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, Rainbows, Brownies and Guides), Fun on Fridays (crafts, chat and snacks for families with primary school age children).

Fair Trade Shop selling fairly traded gifts & food, second hand clothes and gifts. Phone to find out opening times.

Rooms to hire: We have a series of rooms which can be hired - call for hiring information and availability.

More than just a building. As you can see, the church family gets together in a variety of ways during the week. You are warmly invited to these activities and also to our special events.
