CHURCHES
Churches and places of worship covering all Christian denominations, old and new, are to be View if St Wilfrids across Victoria Parkfound within the town. St Wilfrid’s CoE Parish Church, a listed building, built in 1861 and St Pauls RC Church built in 1930 are perhaps the two most prominent, although the Methodist Church in Perrymount Road has been extended in the last few years, with the Baptist Church in Sussex Road and the United Reformed Church in South Road also making a mark on the community. In recent years more of the Evangelical type churches have come to Haywards Heath and meet the needs of those who prefer more informal and less structured services.
