Directory of Information, and Town Twinning.
Recreation
The following recreation grounds are maintained by the Town Council:
Wolfe Recreation Ground, Blackness Road. Tennis, cricket, soccer,
hockey, stoolball, play equipment and pavilion. There is also a
Bowling Green adjacent to the Recreation Ground.
Goldsmiths Recreation Ground, Eridge Road. Soccer, hockey, athletics,
petanque, stoolball, caravan/camping, model steam railway, boating
lake, play equipment and skateboard park. The swimming pool and
in-door sports complex located on the site is run by Freedom Leisure.
Alderbrook Playing Fields, Fermor Road. Soccer, play equipment.
Jarvis Brook Playing Field. Play equipment and skateboard ramp.
Silver Jubilee Ground, Green Lane. Play equipment, wooded walking
area.
Limekiln Playing Fields, Palesgate Lane. Soccer, cricket, stoolball.
Adams Field. Children’s play equipment.

Crowborough Hospital Fete: August Bank Holiday Monday
Crowborough Carnival: Second Saturday of September (Chapel Green)
Crowborough Fireworks Display: November 5th (except when the 5th

Crowborough Town Council is a member of the Crowborough Partnership
which works with other agencies to provide services for the businesses
and residents of the town.
