Commerce
Crediton is home to a variety of companies and business enterprises located within the town itself and on the Lords Meadow industrial estate. Some are long established local firms serving the town and its hinterland some have world-wide reputations with many exporting overseas. The largely independently owned High Street shops offer a range of individual services and local and international produce. The Farmers’ Market, held on the first Saturday of the month on the Town Square, brings a variety of fresh local produce directly to the shopping centre.
