Carterton Lions

Ordinary people doing amazing things!

Lions is an international organisation under-pinned by local clubs such as the one in Carterton. Their aim is to help the local community, working together to do things which residents cannot do as individuals. They are well-known in the town for their Senior Citizen parties, the Message in a Bottle Scheme, facilitating the local Music School Concert, organising regular car boot sales, and their Father Christmas and sleigh at Christmastime.
Maples Play Area
They are also a social group with trips to the theatre, meals out, skittles, trips to the dogs, etc. They are open to new ideas and can be contacted via Lion Mick on 841950 or Lion Maddy on 772241, or e-mail maddy@johnradburn.org.uk.
